  'Oyster'

 Most people around the world can only picture the following, whenever they hear this word.



served cold, fresh. nicely plated in front of you with some vinegar or lemon on the side. And you slurp the juicy flesh into your mouth, enjoy the fishy yet addictive taste. Delicious. But in some Asia countries, there is some more unique ways to enjoy oysters! One of them being my favorite- oyster omelet! 

Specifically the Taiwanese style oyster omelet, because each countries have their own variants and that's my favorite ones. Oysters pan-fried with eggs and some cornstarch flour, served with some hot chili sauce and cilantro on top. It's juicy, spicy, and not quite fishy, it's flavorful! Compared to the Thailand and Malaysia variants, Taiwanese oyster omelet use more cornstarch and hot sauce and it's more gooey yet crunchy! Of course, you can also make this delicious omelet at your home! The steps are pretty easy and all you need is just oysters, eggs, cilantro and cornstarch flour. Here's a link for the recipe! Hope you can make this and try out one day, trust me, it's worth it.
